Margarita Ride

The Barking Dog Cycling Club is pleased to announce the Sixteenth Annual Margarita Ride: MRXVI. As it is every year, MRXVI will be on the second Saturday of September, which is September 9th this year.   (jump to the Margarita Ride Registration Form)   Here are the details:

Who: Barking Dog Cycling in support of local non-profit charities
What: Um, the Sixteenth Annual Margarita Ride (MRXVI), didn't you get that from the title? 🙂
Where: Starting and ending at the Eagles Club in downtown Vermillion, SD. Click on the marker/pin to get driving directions. ROUTES: 15, 30, 45 and 75 miles [route map:  PDF | Google Maps]
When: Saturday, September 9th Check in: 7:00 - 9:00 AM. Ride starts promptly at 9:00 AM.  Note:  if you are riding the 75-mile route, you may opt to leave at 8:00 AM; however, SAGs will not start until after 9:00 AM, so your first available rest stop will be Wakonda (23 miles; see route map below). Lunch starts promptly at 11:00 AM, so choose your route accordingly!
Why: An excuse to ride, eat Mexican food and drink margaritas, all while helping out a great cause. Who needs any more reason?
How:
  1. Register online
  2. Pay us $35 per rider ($30 for BDCC members), to cover food, supplies, shirts, etc.; the rest goes to local non-profit charities
  3. Show up and ride! 🙂
